The updated Renault Logan and Sandero models are already in Ukraine. Let's take a closer look at the parameters of the new Renault.
The appearance of updated models in a particular territory always arouses the interest of buyers. Renault presented its updated Logan and Sandero models in Ukraine. The main differences between the updated models can be considered lighting equipment, front design, improved interior, as well as a variety of new options, both for the basic and maximum configurations of Logan and Sandero (see Renault Logan 2014 review).
According to the company, the updated Renault Sandero and Logan will be assembled in Romania, which will be less in terms of transportation costs. Information that Sandero and Logan will receive the update was known back in October last year. The front end will feature a new radiator grille with wider horizontal slats. Following the grille, the front optics were changed, taking it from the more expensive Renault cars.
The C-shaped daytime running lights integrated into the optics highlight the novelties to the fullest. As a result, the front bumper in Renault also changed, changing the edging of the fog lights. The bumper itself has acquired smoother shapes and a modern style.
Exterior changes have pulled along with the interior. The new Renault Logan and Sandero received an updated steering wheel, with a horn button in the center. A fuel flap button appeared in the cabin. Now it can only be opened from the Renault showroom. Power windows are included as standard on these Renault. Several times, representatives emphasized that the cruise control and speed limiter have become much easier to operate than in the previous Sandero and Logan models. With the new options for Renault Sandero and Logan, we can note the appearance of rear parking sensors with a rear view camera, an auxiliary system when starting downhill, direction indicator and updated multimedia system with navigation Medianav Evolution.
To begin with, let's consider what is included in the basic configuration of the Renault Logan 2017.For safety, these are ABS, ESP and front airbags. On the other hand, this is an air conditioner (not climate control), a height-adjustable steering wheel, central locking, an overboard temperature indicator, a Bluetooth system with USB and the ability to control from the steering wheel.
For additional pleasure, you will have to pay accordingly, for example, a top-end multimedia system with a navigation function will cost an additional 5300 UAH. (about $ 190). If you want to install foglights, you will need to pay an additional 2900 UAH. Side airbags will cost UAH 5300. Two petrol and one diesel engines will be available for the updated Renault Logan 2017. The second version of the petrol is a 0.9-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine. Such a unit will be able to produce 90 horses, with a maximum torque of 140 Nm. In general, the car updates were only beneficial, since the parts taken from more expensive models emphasize the style and novelty of Renault Logan and Sandero. Some critics say it wouldn't hurt to add more power under the hood.
